Happy New Year everyone! 2014 is coming to a close and 2015 is on the way!
Last year has been quite the roller coaster ride for me. I launched my own online business, bought an ad that produced a big, fat 0, got scammed, then launched my first website as a professional designer. I got my own blog running, then got shut down temporarily by a hacker, then got better security and got the hackers out and was able to share with you how to protect yourself from similar disasters.
The interesting this is, I took a college class on network security last winter, and this winter, ended up needing that skill, not only to help myself with the hackers, but to also help a good friend of mine with his crashed computer. Last fall I took a class on Public Relations, and before that class even ended, found myself using those skills to handle a crisis of my own, the hacking of my website.
In the middle of all that, I’ve even managed to get the sales rolling in, a slow trickle to begin with. Then again, every flood began as a trickle before it grew to a flood.
I hope 2014 has been a good year for all of you and that 2015 will be even better yet. I’d love to hear about how your 2014 was and what you’re plans are for 2015. Let the Radiant Freedom community know in the comments section below!
