Work with Easy Cozy Wellness started with one of our free 5 Points Website Conversion Reports, where we evaluated their original website on 5 key points that affect how well their website could convert its visitors into patients. They were so impressed with the report that they went on to hire us to implement the necessary changes and start an SEO program with us.
Prior to our work, they had noticed a usual winter trend for January through March where they would see a huge drop in business, however after completing our updates and the first 6 months of SEO, they informed us they had seen barely any winter drop off in appointments.
After 12 months of SEO, we’ve managed to get Easy Cozy into a top 5 spot on 1 of the key terms in Google, and a number of other key terms ranking in the top 20, 50 or 100 results — that even includes a 4 month interruption in service due to the spring Covid-19 related closure of their clinic forcing them to pause all marketing.
From the report, we’d identified several key issues that were holding their website back:
- They needed new headlines that would really hit home on their visitors on a key problem Easy Cozy could solve.
- They needed a new sub headline that would make it clear a solution to that problem was forthcoming on their website.
- They needed their contents to focus more on the benefits of their services and less on the features, to establish, in crystal clear terms, the value of their Accupressure and Reflexology services.
- A clear and easy to find call to action to get visitors who are convinced to book an appointment, and make that call to action readily available at many key places on the website, so a chance to book is never too far away for anyone who’s ready to book.
- The current overall layout and design was already good, and minimal changes were needed there.
